Project Overview:

Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company with a strong heritage of innovation and a commitment to improving patient lives through transformative science. As the Data Engineer with our client's team, you will manage commercial systems, including sales performance, master data management, data warehousing, data marts, data integration, and business intelligence. You will handle various data and systems related to sales, marketing, digital channels, which contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of busienss operations. You will work closely with teams vital for ensuring that our operational processes are efficient and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Contract type: Service entrust contract (業務委託)

Salary: 6,000-10,000 JPY

Scope of Services:

  • Lead the planning and execution of operational projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify operational needs and develop actionable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
  • Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in operations or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with operations management tools and methodologies.
