About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Data Engineer for a full-time, full-remote, day-shift role to join our fast-growing team and help scale our internal data infrastructure from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll lead the building of powerful internal tools and AI-driven systems to supercharge how we manage data, automate reporting, and deliver insights to clients. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and operations team to architect and build high-performance data systems that power everything we do.

What You’ll Do
Data Pipeline & Infrastructure
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Amazon SP-API and Ads API, with automated workflows for ingestion, transformation, and loading into PostgreSQL, Supabase, or BigQuery
- Manage incremental syncs, schema updates, and authentication across multiple client accounts
- Optimize pipelines for performance and reliability, and implement monitoring, quality checks, and documentation
- Collaborate with analysts and operations to deliver clean, actionable data
Data Modeling & Analysis
- Create unified ASIN-level tables combining sales, ads, traffic, and catalog data
- Transform raw API data into analytics-ready formats and write SQL queries for reporting by brand, marketplace, or client
AI & Internal Tools
- Structure data to support AI agents and automation
- Build tools to enrich product data (e.g., SEO, dimensions, competitor info) and maintain auto-updating dashboards in Google Sheets or Notion
- Highly Desirable:
- Integrate unstructured data (e.g., Slack, ClickUp, meeting notes) into searchable systems
- Support internal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tools and workflows
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with APIs, especially Amazon SP-API or Ads API, and solid Python skills (Node.js is a plus)
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Supabase, or BigQuery, with strong SQL and database optimization skills
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT workflows, including incremental syncs and data pipeline best practices
- Comfortable with Git, version control, and collaborating in technical teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly Desirable:
- Experience with data ingestion tools (e.g., Airbyte, Fivetran) and integration of platforms like ClickUp, Slack, or Gmail
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as LangChain or Relevance AI
- Background in eCommerce or Amazon-related businesses
- Experience building tools or dashboards in Google Sheets
