As a Customer Data Engineering Lead (Staff Engineer) reporting to the Head of Data Engineering in our Data Engineering team, your purpose will be to build the technical foundation that powers a complete, 360-degree view of our customers and providers. You’ll architect and maintain core data pipelines, unify critical CRM and CX data, and deliver trusted insights that drive sales, finance, and support teams. Essentially, you’ll turn complex, fragmented data into a single source of truth that empowers the whole company to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
