    • Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct periodic code reviews to enforce best practices in design, performance tuning, and maintainability.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Analytics, data modeling, and use of AI.

Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of relative, technical experience in data engineering, with a focus on data movement and transformation in both batch and real-time environments with deep understanding of SQL and Python.
    • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of end-to-end data processing solutions in cloud environments such as GCP (ideal), Microsoft Azure or AWS.
    • Experience with rest and bulk API integration and JSON processing, including designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting high-volume data exchanges.
    • Demonstrated strength in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
    • Expertise with relational databases such as MySQL (ideal), Oracle, or PostgreSQL as well as BigQuery and Snowflake.
    • Proven success developing and maintaining enterprise grade data processing pipelines.
    • Proficiency with GitHub and development of CI/CD processes.
