Role overview
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines on Snowflake using dbt
Implement data models, tests, and documentation; optimize SQL performance
Contribute to Java/Spring Boot services that power data workflows
Use Git for collaborative development and code reviews
Work iteratively in a Scrum team with product and stakeholders
What you bring
Strong data engineering experience, with hands-on dbt and Snowflake
Solid SQL skills and performance tuning
Proficiency with Git
Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Eagerness to learn, good communication, and a team-first mindset
Nice to have
Orchestration (Airflow), CI/CD, and cloud (Azure) experience
React experience
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is required. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional Data Engineering experience.
This is a remote/home-based role with an expectation to work East Coast hours.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł217,300.00 - zł461,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
