🧾 Senior Data Engineer – Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data modeling, programming, and advanced analytics, and will contribute to building scalable data solutions in a cloud-based environment.

📌 Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 5+ years in data engineering or related roles.
• Languages: Advanced English (minimum B2 level).

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Big Data & Data Management
• Information Architecture
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Data Warehousing & BI
• Advanced Analytics
• Experience with:
• Cloud technologies (AWS RDS, AWS Fargate)
• Databases & Data Warehouses (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Programming (Java and/or Python)
• ETL tools (especially AWS Glue)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM)
• Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

✅ Certifications

• Required: AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate
• Preferred: Snowflake SnowPro Core

💡 Additional Notes

• Experience with CI/CD tools or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins) is not required, as infrastructure is managed by a separate team.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Snowflake and AWS Glue are preferred.
• Experience with ETL, orchestration, and visualization tools is desirable.
