The role focuses on delivering impactful data engineering solutions, shaping best practices, and solving complex customer challenges in the Data & AI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to design and implement scalable Data & AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in best practices and technical expertise.
- Develop reusable data architecture blueprints, frameworks, and accelerators to streamline implementation.
- Lead data migration projects, transitioning legacy systems (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata) to cloud-native platforms.
- Support pre-sales efforts by scoping projects, estimating effort, and running proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Contribute to thought leadership through technical blogs, white papers, and presentations.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including certifications.
- Data Engineering: Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, and data pipelines (both streaming and batch).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or Scala with a good understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.
- Data Migration: Proven experience migrating applications from legacy platforms to modern cloud environments.
- Optimization: Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize slow-running data pipelines.
- Certifications: Databricks certifications or experience with Lakehouse architecture is a significant plus.

- Experience in data governance, master data management, or data modeling.
- Strong consulting skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders.
