Job Description:
<\/p>

·W<\/span><\/span>e are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT developer to join our dynamic Credit Risk Capital IT team within Credit Risk Technology Group.<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>As a Senior IT Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the application and infrastructure for Credit Risk Capital applications following regulations like SACCR, CEM etc.<\/span>
<\/p>

 
<\/p>

Responsibilities:
<\/p>

·<\/span>Understand technical specifications<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Business requirements discussion with business analyst and business users<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Python/SQL Server/Snowflake/Databricks application development and system design<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support data integration and analysis. <\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Implement data quality and validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data. <\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Execution of UT and SIT with business analysts to ensure of high -quality testing<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Support for UAT with business users<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>Production support and maintenance of application platform<\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

General:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Around 15 years IT industry experience<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Strong communication skills<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Agile methodology and SDLC processes<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Design and Architecture experience<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Experience working in global delivery model (onshore/offshore/nearshore)<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Strong problem -solving and analytical skills<\/span>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Self -starter, collaborative team player and works with minimal guidance<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Mandatory (Strong)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·<\/span>         <\/span>Python, SQL server and relational database concepts, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Scheduler (Autosys/Control -M), ETL, CI/CD<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Plus:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>PySpark<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Financial systems/capital markets/credit risk/regulatory application development experience<\/span><\/span>
