Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize Databricks pipelines for large-scale data integration and transformation.
Develop data solutions to support business functions such as supply chain management.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, deliver insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Act as a data/analytics consultant, ensuring clear communication of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain project organization and provide best practices for data engineering processes.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (orchestration, pipeline development, coding).
Solid understanding of data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT processes and workflow automation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work as a business-facing consultant.
Supply chain data and analytics experience (particularly with Workday data) highly preferred.
Healthcare data experience is a plus.
