The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to supply chain functions (e.g., inventory, logistics, procurement, demand planning).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Optimize data models using DAX and Power Query for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify key metrics and ensure accurate data representation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including manual sources, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all visualizations.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage and self-service capabilities.
• Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Power BI development, with a focus on supply chain analytics.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with row level security implementation in self-service and reporting solutions.
• Experience with PBI performance tuning
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100, PL-300) are a plus.
