ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle/Senior Data Engineer in Ukraine, Poland, Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT 
We're building the first commercial remote driving technology that integrates smoothly into modern vehicles for smart urban navigation. Professional Remote Drivers control cars from specialized stations, ensuring safe, intelligent movement across city environments.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience as a Data engineer
    • Proven experience with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and AWS
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup setting
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
    • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and containerized workflows
    • Experience with GoLang for backend or tooling tasks (nice to have)
    • Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (nice to have)
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using DBT, Snowflake, and Python
    • Own and manage cloud infrastructure components in AWS for scalable data workflows
    • Take initiative in MLOps and DevOps tasks - since we currently don’t have a dedicated DevOps team
    • Collaborate across functions to ensure reliable and efficient deployment of ML models and data systems
    • Establish observability and alerting frameworks for data pipelines
    • Champion best practices in code quality, documentation, and version control
    • Participate in architecture decisions and continuous improvement of our data stack
