As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will build and lead teams focused on data and AI-driven solutions, driving innovation, delivery excellence, and organizational growth for our clients in Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Life Sciences, Industrial, Retail, and other sectors.

Define and execute a long-term talent strategy across both technology and domain (business) roles.

Stay hands-on where needed – building PoCs, debugging, or guiding technical design.
Set standards for engineering best practices and software development processes across engagements.

Be the bridge between business and technology—advocate for engineering in business forums and vice versa.
Act as the technical face to clients - drive executive interactions, initiate new programs, and resolve escalations.

About 18-20 years of overall experience, with 8–10 years of full-stack engineering hands-on experience.
Progressed from individual contributor to leading large, global engineering teams.
Proven experience in building scalable software products and managing consulting engagements.
At least 5 years in leading product engineering teams (preferably in Core/Transaction Banking, Payments, Retail or Healthcare).
Demonstrated success managing multiple programs across distributed teams.
Background in Software Engineering, Digital Solutions, and Digital Transformation is essential.
Expertise in software development methodologies, enterprise-grade systems, and customer-specific solutions.
Leading large global software engineering teams.
Strong grasp of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and real-time analytics.
Deep knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and ability to still contribute code for PoCs.
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, RDBMS, NoSQL, and Python.
Familiarity with Cloud ETL pipelines, data modeling, and data governance tools.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI frameworks and use cases.
Ability to inspire and grow engineering talent through coaching and hands-on guidance.
Experience managing large engineering teams.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a globally distributed setup.
