As a Data Tech Lead you will architect and own the pipelines that power our SaaS platform. Your code ships products and features that customers use directly.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Build and maintain both streaming and batch data infra. Our stack includes Spark, Kafka, Airflow and is open for your ideas.
• Integrate and scale LLMs, real AI/ML features, and next-gen recommendations. These are not R&D slideware; they are in production.
• Solve at scale. Handle petabytes ingested, millisecond latency and thousands of customers using your work every day.
• Collaborate with tight-knit teams. Engineers, product, AI/ML and DevOps work together. Everyone owns their work, moves fast and speaks up.
• Guide technical direction, review architecture, and influence what we build next.

• Engineers who know big data tech like Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Python or Scala. Experience with cloud counts.
