We are currently looking for Data Engineers with experience in Revvity (Signals Notebook).

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
Investigate, find, and develop solutions for Revvity (Signals Notebook) inconsistencies and discrepancies.
Work on data extraction for other source systems: CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, Vivolab.
Run a solution under development on a virtual machine by instantiating Airflow before a pull request. Among other things, to be able to work with Git with the help of Bash commands on the virtual machine provided by the client.
Create unit tests for features under development.
Review colleagues’ work.
Develop new DAGs, refactor and describe existing ones, inter alia, DAG documentation.
Instruct DevOps engineers on deployment either via specific pull requests (to edit Airflow variables and connections in the yml specified) or in written.

Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Revvity (Signals Notebook)
Experience working in laboratories or with life sciences clients
Extensive expertise and practical experience with CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, and Vivolab
Experience with Airflow
Expertise with Bash or other scripting languages
Experience in working with AWS
Experience with data engineering tools
Strong upper-intermediate or higher (B2+) proficiency in English
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
