We are currently looking for Data Engineers with experience in Revvity (Signals Notebook).

Location:

Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, find, and develop solutions for Revvity (Signals Notebook) inconsistencies and discrepancies.
  • Work on data extraction for other source systems: CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, Vivolab.
  • Run a solution under development on a virtual machine by instantiating Airflow before a pull request. Among other things, to be able to work with Git with the help of Bash commands on the virtual machine provided by the client.
  • Create unit tests for features under development.
  • Review colleagues’ work.
  • Develop new DAGs, refactor and describe existing ones, inter alia, DAG documentation.
  • Instruct DevOps engineers on deployment either via specific pull requests (to edit Airflow variables and connections in the yml specified) or in written.

What we expect:

  • Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Revvity (Signals Notebook)
  • Experience working in laboratories or with life sciences clients
  • Extensive expertise and practical experience with CDD Vault, LabVantage, Microsoft SharePoint, and Vivolab
  • Experience with Airflow
  • Expertise with Bash or other scripting languages
  • Experience in working with AWS
  • Experience with data engineering tools
  • Strong upper-intermediate or higher (B2+) proficiency in English
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
