This role is perfect for a data-savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and business strategy. As a Data Engineer (GTM), you will design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers revenue operations, sales workflows, and GTM insights. You will manage a unified customer data lake, automate account enrichment processes, and implement scalable solutions that directly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GTM teams. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions while working in a fast-paced, global environment. Success in this role is measured by the quality, accessibility, and actionable insights of the GTM data infrastructure you help maintain.

Accountabilities

  • Architect and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and cloud-based GTM data infrastructure using tools like BigQuery, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
  • Develop, test, and deploy scripts and microservices in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for data acquisition and workflow automation.
  • Build and manage a unified GTM data lake, merging raw and enriched datasets to create a single source of truth for segmentation, ICP scoring, and territory assignments.
  • Implement LLM-based enrichment pipelines to improve account and contact metadata, supporting predictive targeting and sales intelligence.
  • Create and maintain batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using Apache Beam, Kafka, or Pub/Sub, orchestrated with Airflow.
  • Design semantic layers and star/snowflake schemas in dbt to optimize analytics and BI reporting.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to define KPIs, ensure data consistency, and improve seller workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and scalable solutions across GTM processes.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data science, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go) and experience with API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience managing large datasets and deriving GTM insights for tactical decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward automation and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with tools like Airflow, Apache Beam, Kafka, BigQuery, dbt, and cloud storage solutions is preferred.
