For our client, a global leader in insurance technology, we are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with a proven track record in building data solutions and leading AI/ML initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Our client is on an exciting journey to expand their Data & Analytics capabilities to support better data-driven decision-making across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using GCP tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, DBT, etc.)

• Build and operationalize AI/ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

• Optimize ETL processes and data workflows for performance and scalability

• Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, and validation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data/ETL Engineering (including 2+ years in GCP)

• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, DBT, Apache Airflow, Python, SQL

• Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and data science principles

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Fivetran)

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and performance optimization

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
