YOUR MISSIONS :

Within the COO organization, you report to the Head of Data & Digital Transformation for Asset Management and in a functional reporting line to theHead ofOperations.

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic Data & Digital Transformation team. You will play a

crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data platform, ensuring seamless integration and

accessibility of data across the organization. Your work will involve building scalable data pipelines, optimizing

data storage solutions, and implementing data governance best practices. You will collaborate with crossfunctional

teams, including IT, sales, marketing, investment management & operations to support key data, AI & digital transformation projects. Your contributions will drive insights and innovation, helping the organization

becomemore data-centric by championing data literacy and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making .In

this role, your primary responsibilities include:

1. DATA ENGINEERING

• Design, develop, andmaintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Build and optimize data storage solutions, ensuringdata integrity and security.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure optimal performance.

2. DATA TRANSFORMATION

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions, including theGroup data Platform

• Participate in key data and AI transformation projects, contributing to the development of advanced analytics andmachine learningmodels.

3. DATA GOVERNANCE

• Implement data governance and best practices for datamanagement.

• Develop andmaintain documentation for data processes and architecture.

• Champion data literacy and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• The role is based in Tuniswith occasional travels toGermany and France.

Profil et compétences recherchées

YOUR PROFILE

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

o Proven +3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

o Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.

o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

o Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

o Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

o Proactive, curious, team player, international outlook

o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

o Former experience in the financial industry is a plus.

o Professional working proficiency in English and French. Proficiency in all three languages is a plus
