We are seeking a Data Engineer<\/b> to play a pivotal role in advancing Outsourced CFO's technology vision. This individual will be responsible for executing the vision for the organization’s technology solutions and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. <\/span>

The role involves co -designing and implementing innovative technologies that drive operational excellence and support organizational objectives. The<\/b> Data Engineer<\/b> will also oversee and execute all data -related systems, technologies, and procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Ultimately, this role is key in propelling OCFO’s systems forward as a strategic enabler in achieving the organization’s Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG).<\/span>

Key Responsibilities;<\/span>

Data Administration - Build;<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Implement and manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring that data is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines that ingest and transform data from various sources while maintaining data integrity and cleanliness.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build the system development to achieve the BHAG of the organization in a phased manner, ensuring that system is in place to achieve the organizations season of growth.<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Data Administration - Analyse;<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Work closely with head of departments and relevant stakeholders, translating complex data into clear visuals for informed decision -making.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Create compelling visualizations and data solutions that promote a data -driven culture.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Regularly deliver findings in an accessible manner to facilitate informed decision -making.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      Data Administration - Improve;<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Ensure a continuous drive for data quality enhancement, data accuracy and process efficiency.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Identify technology solutions, in collaboration with The Head of Data deliver on the organization's growing needs.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
        Data Administration - Maintain;<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Ensure systems are maintained and secured at all times
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure that system API integration maintains maximum uptime and follows the latest integration and security protocols
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Implement and uphold robust security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
          <\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          Min Qualifications Required;<\/b>
          <\/div>
          • Degree in Data Engineering / Data Analytics / Industrial Engineering / Relevant Field<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>
            Min Experience Required;<\/b>
            <\/div>
            • 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering or a closely related role (e.g., Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Architect).
              <\/li>
            • 3+ years of hands -on experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud -based data warehousing solutions
              <\/li>
            • Experience collaborating directly with non -technical stakeholders and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions and compelling visualizations.
