Data Engineer - 14169

POSITION: DATA ENGINEER

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EST (Flexible)
  ​​​​​​
• Standard Engineer: $2,500 – $3,000/month
• Senior Engineer: $3,000 – $3,500/month

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Work with large datasets from multiple digital platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Segment, etc.)
• Develop, monitor, and improve Platform API integrations
• Optimize data systems, query efficiency, and ETL processes via REST APIs and SQL Databases
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product leads to support reporting needs
• Participate in a live technical project review as part of the hiring process

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a data engineering or similar role
• High proficiency in SQL and Python
• Solid experience with REST APIs and other API frameworks
• Familiarity with digital marketing data and analytics tools
• Working knowledge of major Database and Data Warehouse tools (Postgres, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• B2-level English proficiency (written and verbal)

Bonus Points For

• Experience with React, GraphQL, and FastAPI
• Background in infrastructure or database administration
• Passion for performance tuning and building for scale
• Experience with Paid Media and Digital Media datasets
