Data & AI - Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide operational and production support for our React Native (mobile) and React.js (web) applications.

The role involves incident resolution, deployment support, monitoring, and collaboration with L1, DevOps, and L3/development teams to ensure seamless application availability and performance
<\/p>

 <\/span>Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor dashboards, error logs, crash reports (Firebase, Sentry, Splunk, ELK, etc.). -
<\/p>

 <\/span>Troubleshoot issues related to UI, APIs, builds, deployments, and integrations.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide workarounds until permanent fixes.
<\/p>

Escalate unresolved issues with detailed analysis to L3 teams.Manage deployments for web apps (React.js) and mobile apps (React Native). -
<\/p>

 <\/span>Handle app release activities: code packaging, signing, and publishing to Google Play Store & Apple App Store. - Support SSL, CDN, caching, and environment configuration changes
<\/p>

Monitor application availability, performance, and end -user experience.Support routine checks, regression validations after releases, and system health monitoring.
<\/p>

- Work closely with L1 support for ticket triage. - Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting. - Maintain runbooks, FAQs, and known error databases. Professional & Technical Skills
<\/p>

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. - Hands -on with React.js (web) or React Native (mobile) applications - Understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
<\/p>

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools ( Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK). - Knowledge of incident management systems (ServiceNow, Jira). -
<\/p>

Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Familiarity with mobile build/release processes (Xcode, Android Studio, signing, provisioning profiles). -
<\/p>

 <\/span>Good to Have Skills - Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective -C) debugging. -
<\/p>

Familiarity with mobile device testing frameworks (Appium, Detox). -
<\/p>

 <\/span>Knowledge of security standards (PCI DSS, TLS, data encryption). - Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) for automation. - Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS)
<\/p>

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in React.js.This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
