Big Data Engineer

Help our customer & call center agents provide the best customer support. Within this team, we are looking for a big data engineer who helps us further extend the product and move from a fast prototype into the next phase of maturity, where we are building for scale. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of programming experience (Python) 
• Software engineering background (TDD, Design Patterns) 
• 2+ years working with AWS. (EC2, ECS Fargate, API gateway, VPC, Load Balancers, RDS Postgres, 
• Redis) 
• Experience with Grafana/Prometheus or other similar tools for monitoring and alerting 
• At least 2 years of experience developing backend APIs (FastAPI, Flask) 
• Experience in maintaining, deploying and provisioning infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code. (AWS Cloud formation, Docker, CI/CD (GIT), knowing Typescript is a plus) 
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow 
• Experience working in an Agile environment 
• Experience working & deploying solutions in a production environment. 
• Ability to drive data engineering best practices, take ownership of solutions, and foster knowledge sharing by keeping documentation and learnings centralized and accessible.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or AI applications.- GenAI, LLM and AI applications. 
• Experience working with AI Frameworks like Langgraph, Haystack, etc.
