Profile Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
• Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for database design.
• Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and their integration capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, ensuring scalability and usability for various business units.
• Build, optimize, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
• Create, publish, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI specifications and deliverables.
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate large datasets from relational and non-relational databases.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across BI platforms.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators that support strategic objectives.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies, security protocols, and user access controls for BI solutions.
• Perform BI system maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out performance tuning for faster, more reliable reporting.
• Research and recommend new BI technologies, tools, and methods to improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
