Some context about the role

In this role, you will be part of Crunchr’s Customer Success team, and help HR teams lead business conversations with confidence through our product and solutions. The Analytics Engineer is responsible for integrating, consolidating, cleansing and structuring HR data for analytical or operational uses, as well as building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems. As an Analytics Engineer at Crunchr you will work with customers both during and after implementation to make data easily accessible and to optimize their organization's big data ecosystem. 
 
The total CS team consists of 10 team members working as Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers and Customer Success Specialists across the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and US (Boston). You will be based in Amsterdam, and will report directly to the Head of CS (based in Boston). You will work closely with our CSMs on customer account and with the Engineering department for technical queries.
 
 Some of your responsibilities will be:


  • Set up integrations with different HRIS, including creating scripts to feed the data from clients into our solution. 
  • Work with customers to find the best approach for their data uploads and solve technical issues as they arise. 
  • Detect and improve the data quality of our customers, enabling further analytics opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to solve people analytics problems.
  • Join customer meetings to discuss data related requests and provide advice/support on data/technical related topics of Crunchr. 
  • Be the line of contact for technical issues for clients. 
What we expect from you

MUSTS


  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in programming.
  • Bias for action: proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities and improvements.
  • You are accurate and detailed focused, like to work in a team and are eager to learn

  • You want to work out of our Amsterdam office at least 2 days per week.

 

NICE TO HAVES


  • Experience with Python, pandas or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Experience in working with deep-analytical tools.
